RJ Flotation

RJ Flotation comprises a team of metallurgists with 25 years experience of delivering flotation services to the global mining industry.  

We operate from a commercial mineral processing laboratory in Perth and specialise in bench scale flotation testing using the latest Essa Equipment.  Our comprehensive testing abilities facilitate process design and plant optimisation and include the development of metallurgical processes for new projects and existing operations.

We offer our services in our own laboratory or on-site along with consultancy and training related to the unit operation of flotation.  Our experience and focus on flotation allows us to provide a personalised service of the highest quality with fast turnaround on projects.

Bench Scale Testing RJ Flotation specialises in base metal and gold flotation test work.  We have the capability to conduct rougher, cleaner and locked-cycle flotation tests.   Our work supports the development of new projects and also process improvement such as identifying and testing new reagents for an existing project.

Consulting Services RJ Flotation has consulted to the mining industry in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas.   Our experience allows us to consult on process development and optimisation, including commissioning and plant trialing.

Training RJ Flotation is fully certified in Training and Assessment (Certificate IV).  Our theory courses allow operators and engineers to better understand individual unit operations or complete processes as required. We also offer practical training including circuit operation and bench scale testing.
